Andrew F. Prunier

Managing Director

Andrew F. Prunier is a Managing Director for Second Avenue Capital Partners (SACP) overseeing underwriting and portfolio management.  He manages portfolio relationships and internal risk criteria while identifying and reacting to the ongoing needs of borrowers.

Andrew has over 15 years of capital markets experience providing asset-based and structured credit solutions to clients across a number of industries.  He previously served as a Director at Salus Capital Partners where he managed a portfolio of commercial loans in the process of a turnaround, restructuring, or bankruptcy.  Prior to joining Salus, he was a Credit Officer at State Street Bank performing all aspects of financial analysis, underwriting, and structuring for the banks proprietary, tax-exempt, structured finance business.

Andrew holds a B.S. from Roger Williams University.
